HOW DOES IT WORK?

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO CREATE YOUR CUSTOM FURNITURE, RIGHT FROM THE DESIGN STAGE THROUGH TO ITS MANUFACTURE

STEP 1: Placing your order online

You can choose a product from our shop or create your own custom furniture. We offer you numerous options of models and colours. Contact us or use our assistant to request a quote. We'll send you the 3D rendering and the corresponding price. There are multiple payment methods available, including the option to pay for your furniture in instalments.

STEP 2: Managing your order

Once your order has been placed, and the payment method accepted, your project will be verified by one of our advisers. Next, it will be sent to our factory, where the different stages of machining the parts will be programmed by computer, and the accompanying assembly instructions will be prepared. As your furniture is made is made especially for you, delivery will take 5 weeks.

STEP 3: Manufacturing your order

Our furniture is made of 19 and 35mm premium quality laminated wood panels, which are scratch and stain resistant, and meet all the specifications of standard UNE-EN 14322. These are cut and pre-drilled, and the hardware accessories are selected. Finally, after a last quality control, each component of your furniture is carefully covered and packaged before being handed over to the courier.

STEP 4: Delivery to your home

The delivery of your order is free. It is carried out using an international transport company which specialises in furniture transportation. The courier will contact you by telephone to agree on a delivery date, according to your availability. Your furniture will be delivered to the front door of your house, or to the ground floor of your building.
