You must create an account in order to place your order. First, click on "SIGN IN", then on "Create an account", and proceed to fill in the requested fields.
If you've forgotten your password, please head to “MY ACCOUNT” and click on “Forgot your password?". Enter your email address in the field provided and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
We do not have physical stores. We only sell our furniture through our website.
Our online assistant will help you throughout the creation of your custom project. You must select the type of furniture you're interested in, indicate the size of the room its intended for, and let us know if you have any special requests we need to take into account for the design. You can add attachments, such as a photo or diagram, etc. We will then proceed to created a 3D drawing of the custom-made piece of furniture designed by you, as well as the corresponding estimate.
Please don't hesitate to request free samples from us, selecting the 4 colours that you like the most. We'll send them to you promptly by registered mail. You can then decide on your choice of colour.
If you have a promo code, you can enter it during the final stage of the purchase process. The discount will then be applied directly to the value of your shopping basket.
You can track your order in real time. To find out the status of your current order, sign in to your account on our website. Then, click on "My Account" and select the order you wish to track.

PAYMENT

Payment is 100% secure. You can make your purchase via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or cheque. You can also pay in 3 instalments via bank card (VISA/Mastercard) using our partner ComNpay. Our secure platform guarantees risk free payment, whichever method you choose. 1. All your personal data is protected and encrypted before being sent for processing via the SSL protocol. 2. We do not store credit card numbers for payment. This personal data is sent directly to the banks we work with, without us having any access to it. 3. If you wish to place an order without giving your credit card number, you can also pay via PayPal.
If your payment was declined, please verify that the following information is correct: card number; expiry date; visual cryptogram; 3D SECURE (You will receive a temporary code via SMS. Remember to keep the phone registered with your bank next to you). Payment may have been refused by your bank. Please contact your bank. If the problem persists, the payment may have been declined by the customer.

DELIVERY

Ground floor delivery is free for all orders.
We manufacture your furniture specially for you, we do not work with stock. Therefore, we need 5 weeks for production and an additional 1 week for transport and delivery to your home. The transport agency will get in touch with you by phone to arrange a delivery time.
No, the delivery person will leave the goods on the ground floor of the building, i.e. in the lobby, but will not take them upstairs. However, delivery to your floor may be possible for an extra fee. Our furniture is specially designed to be easy to assemble. Everything is labelled so you can easily follow the steps in the instructions. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to guide you through it, step by step. If you'd still prefer not to do it yourself, no problem, we also have an assembly service available. A professional can come to your home to assemble, install and attach the furniture in your order. The delivery person will call you beforehand to agree a time slot with you, according to your availability.

AFTER DELIVERY

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange your return. Remember that: 1. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the order. 2. Return shipping costs will be charged to your account. 3. All parts and accessories must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, and none can be missing. 4. The product must be returned as it was received, packaged in the original packaging. 5. All instructions and original documentation must be included with the product. 6. This right of withdrawal does not apply if the furniture has been personalised with an image. Please contact us for further information on the steps to follow. Please note: The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day after delivery. If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
